Project goal:
The project goal is to evaluate the organisation’s capacities in a participatory manner, resulting in a thorough assessment of the organisation’s internal capacities (showing strengths and weaknesses), followed by elaboration and applying a  long-term organizational development strategy.

Project objectives:
1. Developing a long term strategic plan of the Association
2. Redefinig organization’s status and its flowchart
3.Developing a fundraising strategy
4.Develop and implement an effective Organisational Management
5.Partnerships with national, regional and local Public Authorities, expanding the network of cooperation.
6.Creating conditions for activities
7.Strengthening team members capacities
8.Promoting the image of of the organization
